Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission fee is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to final delivery.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All rights remain with Remy Joy unless a written transfer of ownership or licensing agreement is explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
